Shipping Policy

Dispatch Timeline

  • All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of successful order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Orders placed during sales or peak periods may experience minor delays, which will be communicated proactively.

Express Shipping – Pan India

  • We offer express shipping across India, covering all major cities and serviceable pin codes.

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch

    • Non-metro / remote locations: 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders PAN India.

  • For international orders, the shipping charges will be updated at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email.

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s systems.


Return & Refund Policy

Easy Returns – 7 Days

  • We offer an easy 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

    • All original packaging, tags, and inserts must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Any item marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase


Refunds

  • Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment only.

  • Refund timelines:

    • UPI / Wallets / Cards: 5–10 business days after approval

    • Net Banking: 7–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipped.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos for quick resolution.
